The product is good. Although my package came open??! It catches most hair when mist is on although it doesnt catch all so there are still some furs flying around. The mist gets cover by the fur, only like 4 swipes so need to uncover in order to spray mist again. I added catnip water for my cats wont be scared on the mist. Overall this product works.

Faulty power button

The first time I used the brush, the mist/power button worked. The next time I went to use it the power button wouldnt turn off and the mist/power continued coming even when emptied. I let it run out of power, recharged it and used it for a third time several weeks later. The mist turned on for a short time and then the mist/power wouldnt turn on at all. I tried to recharge it and still no mist/no light. Days later, after giving up on the brush, I emptied out the water, and hours later the brush powered on and the mist started again. I tried to power off the mist and it will not turn off.

The cats love it!

I bought this because my elderly cat can no longer get around to cleaning her back, especially down by her tail, resulting in her fur getting rather greasy looking/feeling. This little gizmo really seemed to help with that and she just lays there and purrs like mad while I'm using it on her. The younger cat seems to love it even more than the older cat. As you use it on her, she will slowly roll over so that you can brush he out on all sides. It does gather up the loose fur from the cats and it is easy to remove from the brush and toss in the trash. The moisture from the cold mist helps to keep the fur from just flying off the cat and flying around. I was skeptical if this would do what I was hoping, but it far exceeded my expectations!

Doesnt work.

My brush isnt producing steam. Im still trying to figure it out, as there are no instructions provided, but I have charged for several hours and ever then the steam is not coming. I hope this is an error upon my part, but I doubt it. Besides the fact that the most important part of the product does not work, the brush itself seems good.
