The product is very good I bought it for my girlfriend for work as she is a primary school teacher her blade is very good so good that when I cut for a blade to test it also cut the plastic that covered the table so 5 stars for this product.

It didnt cut all the way through cardboard but it did its job well enough

This is an essential tool for any paper crafter! I did not know how much I needed it until I had it, though it did take me a moment or two to work out how to use it. But now that I got the hang of it, I love it! I do use a self healing cutting board underneath so I dont cut up my desk surface, so be careful with that. Also watch the measurements so you can get the circle the size you want it. I like to do a trial fun by spinning it around without cutting to make sure it is within the paper limits, then I push down and cut the paper. You will also need to change the blade once in a while because if it gets dull, you risk messing up the paper edges. But this does come with extra blades and they do store inside the device which is perfection to me. A great tool, well worth the price, and necessary for any crafting toolkit.

No instructions were inside the box or printed on the box itself so you're on your own to figure out how to make it work. Even though I had the blade locked in place my first attempts cut spirals because it was hard to keep the paper from shifting. It worked better once I got the paper to stay but it still ripped the paper instead of cutting cleanly in some places so I need to practice more with how much pressure to use. I wanted to like this but until I get past the learning curve it's kind of frustrating. If you have lots of experience with cutters like this you might be fine but if it's your first circle cutter you'll have to experiment a fair bit to figure out the best way to use it.
