These bowls are super nice for my kitties as not only are they super cute and convenient seeing as you get three (I just so happen to have three kitties) but they are also super practical! Unlike most ceramic pet bowsl these have rubber grips on the bottom to prevent the bowls from slipping and sliding which has actually been a persistent problem for my cats as we have mostly hard wood/tiled flooring. I also love that these can be put in the dishwasher as having quite a fast paced life convenience is pretty important to me. I'm definitely glad I got these!

I loved the idea of these, but while they are great for food, they are too shallow for a watering dish. I had hoped to have all of them matching, one for dry food, one for wet food, and one for water, they are just too shallow to use for a water dish. Still, in you only need food, they are great.

Im always on the look for dishes for my cats that wont stress their whiskers. These dishes meet all my requirements: 1. Depth to keep their dry food on the plate; 2. Width to cause as little stimulation as possible on their whiskers; 3. Anti-gliding rubber bottom; and last but not least 4. Ceramic/stainless steel. These dishes are heavy duty; I was pleasantly surprised to see how thick the ceramic and the rubber bottom were. I have a few ceramic bowls, and these are a millimeter or two thicker. Ive washed them in the dishwasher and the glue holding the rubber base to the ceramic is still holding on strong. Theres a bit more mess on my cats placemats with dishes than with bowls, however, dishes are easier on their whiskers, so Im okay with that. All in all, Im very pleased with the product, and my cats seem to have embraced their new plates.

I have 2 cats and use these for kibble bowls since they're on a diet. My boys were 17 lbs, now down to 15.5 lbs after 3 months of diet and exercise. They, like most cats, can be picky eaters, and a problem I've encountered with them is that of whisker fatigue (when they don't like their whiskers to touch the sides of a bowl). I've used dinner plates before, but have never really liked it as they were too big. To make matters worse I have hardwood or tile floors in most of the house and the cats would move the plates around trying to get the the kibble on the other side. These little plates are great! For one, they are little without being too small and can hold a decent portion of food. Second, they're shallow enough that whiskers don't touch any edges. Third, they have silicon bottoms and won't move around on the floor when they're eating. And lastly, they are easy to clean even by hand. Plus the little designs in the centers are cute. I would recommend these to any cat guardians, especially if they're on sale!

We have two cats and feed them small portions 4 times a day. These bowls work well for small portions. If you are a "dump lots of food in a bowl and let 'em chow" type, these bowls will probably not work for you. For example, the bowls easily fit a few tablespoons of dry food, or about 1/2 cup of defrosted raw food. See my pictures for reference- I would guess that the 1/2 cup of raw food is about the limit of portion size for these bowls. In addition, I like that these bowls fit well in the dishwasher, due to to their low 1" rise, they can be slotted in like plates. This is especially helpful in a busy family situation, where the dishwasher quickly gets full. Finally, I love the small footprint of these bowls. In a mid-sized kitchen, they won't be taking up more cupboard room than necessary. (See image of this bowl in comparison to another bowl I got, which is painfully space hogging in the cupboard and dishwasher). Other nice qualities of these bowls are that they have a non slip bottom (my cats don't really push around bowls, so I'm not so worried about this, but if yours do, the non slip is very effective, and seems firmly affixed to the bowl). The bowls are food safe and this is what I want for our fur babies. One ding: The images on the bowls are cute. However, the paw print image is a dog print. Cat prints are asymmetrical. The only possible concerns I can see with these bowls are that they are ceramic and thus breakable/ chippable. Also, it will only be apparent over time whether the non slip on the bottom is attached well enough to stay on through multiple dishwasher rounds and usage over time. The listing does say that they are dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. If there are significant issues with wear over time, I do my best to edit reviews.
