This supplement has 3 quality ingredients -macai berry extract, ginger, and French Maritime pine bark extract -formulated to improve circulation and reduce the chance of a DVT on long-haul flights/extended periods of sitting. The label is clear on tbe dose of each ingredient, and the capsules are blister-wrapped and easy to carry with you on a trip. In researching the ingredients, there does seem to be research supporting the package claims, yet one should also check with your doctor and/or research whether these ingredients interact with medications or medical conditions you may have. I am skeptical that a supplement would work instantly to improve circulation and blood flow, though studies do suggest that the French Matitime pine bark extract "could" be of benefit taken before long flights. I'm not sure how I would know if it were working. I wish there was information included with the supplement that shed light on the functioning of these supplements and how one should expect to feel when taking these, along with potentional contraindications, for safety and educational purposes. This merits further investigation as to how these ingredients work together, the amount of time in one's system needed to bring about the desired effect, and what not to mix with this supplement. Setting skepticism of immediacy aside, the ingredients seem to have a variety of benefits, and are sourced from nature, and knowing exactly what is in the supplement (as opposed to having a proprietary blend) allows you to research whether the amounts of each of these ingredients is something you can take. As for cost, I do think that the current price of $24.99 is a bit steep for this one month supply, even with the convenience in packaging.

This is good for protecting the pills but it does make it take up a little more space, which is something to consider for travelers. Still, it's not MUCH of a size issue.
