This product claims to offer 60 Billion CFU and 10 different strains for digestion with every dose. The serving size is 2 capsules. The ingredients shown match other well-known brands I have used in the past but this has more CFU. I added this to my daily routine. It will provided a healthy community of microorganisms to your digestive tract for a healthy gut. The capsules are easily consumed also. This product is made for men and woman. I highly recommend this product.

This Health Nutrition Naturals Probiotics/Prebiotics are made in are bottled in a GMP facility. The bottle contains 120 pills which are enough for 120 days of supplementing your diet. In addition to the probiotics, it contains 170 mg of prebiotic blend and 40 mg of digestive enzymes blend. I have been taking these for a few weeks and I have not notice any discomfort or side effects. The bottle is doubled sealed. I feel better in general, with less bloating. Nice supplement!

These pre/probiotics do exactly as they claim, at least as far as digestion is concerned! I normally struggle with a transition period with probiotics, where my stomach is not cooperating. That didn't happen with these! So far my tummy issues that I normally have after eating have been greatly reduced, and are almost gone! I have also been way less bloated, and far less gassy! The pill size is average, and they go down easy without getting stuck in my throat, which is always appreciated. Overall I cannot recommend these enough!

I realized that two of the probiotic brands I ordered had identical compositions, so to make things easier on myself; I will just loosely repeat what I said about the other one. This one claims to have 60 billion CFUs and 10 strains, which sound like solid numbers to be, especially when my regular probiotic bought from Costco has 12 strains and 10 billion viable cells. This one also costs approximately five bucks less with 120 capsules versus 100. In other words, this one seems competitive with my typical go to. Also worth noting, these are easy to consume with no noticeable side effects. Over the duration of taking these, I have noticed no GI distress, nausea, discomfort or any ill effects. All things considered, these appear to be a great value and a great blend.
