I appreciate companies that make a reasonably sized sample kit so I can try out their products. I am not sure how good a value this travel kit is if bought to be a travel kit, but as a sample kit it is worth the price to try some premium products without buying full sizes. It can save you money if you don't like it enough to buy the full size, or you can use it for travel if you like it so much that you buy a full size right away. My dentist recommends that I use a toothpaste with fluoride, so I am not likely to buy the full size toothpaste. However, I like the Tonic Mouthwash enough that I will probably buy it.

This set is perfect for me. I like to try new things. This desire includes trying new toothpaste and mouthwash. The toothpaste makes my teeth feel clean. The mouthwash reinforces the clean feeling. I really appreciate the information sheet included. It's much better to have a copy instead of scrolling back to a listing.

Tooth & Gums Tonic stands apart from typical alcohol-based products by using entirely natural ingredients. It's safer and more effective than Chlorhexidine, requiring only about 1/4 capful per use. You can feel its immediate effect, though it's recommended not to eat for about 15 minutes after use and not to mix with water. Initially, it may cause a burning sensation, but this diminishes with continued use. Fluoride-free and made from natural antimicrobial herbs, it supports healthy teeth and gums, offering an alternative to chemical-laden mouthwashes. This sample set includes toothpaste, mouth rinse, and a bamboo toothbrush (which I donated, as I use a sonic toothbrush). Now some math: Dental Herb sell their tonic separately for $9.25 per 2oz bottle. Their dosage is about 10ml, so you get 6 doses. That makes the cost about $1.54 per dose, which is fairly pricey. Their larger bottle more than halves that cost. The travel sized toothpaste doesnt have an ingredient list, but their website lists it as: Calcium carbonate, deionized water, vegetable glycerine, xylitol, pure essential oil of peppermint, extracts of echinacea angustifolia, echinacea purpurea, and gotu kola, pure essential oils of red thyme, lavender, cinnamon bark and eucalyptus globulus, aloe vera, plant saponins, sodium carrageenan, gum cellulose, kaolin. That all looks good (some may not like carrageenan, others may dislike xylitol, but EWG rates them both as green) I like the all-natural ingredients. Ill likely stick to my natural toothpaste tablets for travel, but I find the tonic intriguing. I wouldnt recommend this kit for anything other than sampling the Dental Herb products, but its a good way to do that without investing in their full-sized products. Im going to ignore the high price and rate this 5 stars based purely on quality.

This is a great travel kit. The mouthwash and toothpaste are nice tasting. Meaning that you aren't nauseated while using. And the mouthwash keeps your breath fresh for quite a while.
