This is a great option if youre looking for a vegan multivitamin. Ive been using it for over a year now. Good product!

Very happy with this multivitamin. I've taken other brands that made me nauseous. No stomach issues with this brand. As a vegetarian it's nice to find a high quality multivitamin that fits my needs and since these are vegan I can be assured that there are no hidden animal products or derivatives. I try to eat a healthy diet but I know I do feel better when I supplement with these on a daily basis.

I am a non-vegan, but I felt I could veganize my supplements to see if I noticed any difference and I can say that I feel more energetic than I did from the non-vegan multis. The tablets are smaller than what you may be accustomed to, but they do contain spirulina, but I got used to the smell of that after a while. However they coated them makes it easy to dry swallow them if necessary. I searched for weeks vegan multis and Deva is by far the best value for the price! I doubt you'll find a cheaper vegan multi as this level of quality. My only criticism is I wish they would use D3 instead of D2. As a darker skinned individual, I need to supplement more for Vitamin D and I'd like the version with the greater efficacy!

This multivitamin increases blood flow. It has an antioxidant effect. I prefer cutting the pill and splitting my dose up. Its a better deal than other vitamins. I prefer not to exercise on them due to unknown long term effect on me. Yet, they seem to reduce pain and help skin. I dont need high b vitamins and Ashwaghanda. I appreciate the lutein and betaine. It could be improved if it had D3 instead of D2? Its missing Vitamin K2 MK-7.

I was very pleased with this product because I had been struggling with anemia for months before finding these affordable supplements that helped cure my anemia. My doctor prescribed heavy iron doses for me that made me VERY sick and even gave me hemorrhoids! The prescription also did not cure my anemia. So, I looked around for supplements that weren't so high in iron that would be gentle enough to not upset my gastrointestinal system. I found these, very affordable, supplements and now take them regularly. Not only did they cure my anemia with only the daily recommended dosage of iron (which must be of quality ingredients, as I seem to absorb them much better than my doctor's prescription), but they also helped with my vitamin D deficiency. I can't recommend them enough. As others have said, you don't have to worry about taking them on an empty stomach, and I also think that they are very easy to swallow in comparison to other vegan supplements I have taken. One pill per day without an offending taste is an added bonus for me, as I am used to taking hard to swallow, bitter pills 2-4 times per day. It goes down very smoothly. I always have a hard time swallowing pills, so I am a good judge on this issue! I will say that a previous brand that I used gave me more energy and prevented anemia, but it was too expensive for me to take this past year because I have been on a very tight budget. All around, this is a great product that serves its purpose.
