DHT used according to label and taken on an empty stomach as stated on label and threw up for 2 hours about 2 & 1/2 after taking it. Ate the same food as everyone else so it was not food poisoning. Not going to try it again. I did loose 2 pounds though because my stomach was so sore and I couldnt eat for a day

Has all the important ingredients for hair growth and stopping loss

I have not been taking this for a full month yet but I love that there are no fillers ( according to the label anyway) and it has all the individual supplements that research shows slows hair loss and increases growth, as well as Fo-Ti which can bring color back to grey hair. So far, this is my experience: I had high DHT levels, so first I dropped my testosterone and DHEA supplement level down, which helped with the high rate of loss. This also occurred several months after Covid- a known side effect- hair loss. I started using a melatonin topical which seemed to also help stop the shedding. Then I added this DHT blocker. After the first week I noticed my nails felt stronger, which Id experienced before with collagen supplements. I like that these have marine collagen and not bovine ( which comes from cow skin ). My hair seems to be starting to grow in little wispy bits at the hairline and my part doesnt seem quite so wide, but not absolutely sure its this supplement. So far, the wispy bits are still growing in grey, but Ive been told it takes 6 months on a DHT blocker to see real results, so Im going to try bottle 2. Will update when Ive been on it longer.
