Not all probiotic supplements are the same and the different strains do different things in your body. Lactobacillus tends to be in most of these products and since its one bacteria I tend to respond well to, I wanted to give this a try. So what did I think? Likes: I do like that its delayed release. The capsules are easy to swallow and appear to be evenly filled. The brand is one Im familiar with. Overall: I was told years ago, by a gastroenterologist, that the best probiotics have a minimum of 10B CFUs. I have no idea how true that is, but found that this one does a decent job on my gut. Gas and general abdominal discomfort is reduced.

They are effective right away. I've taken for a few day and I can see a digestive change for the good.

I don't go for amount of billions of probiotic cultures stated on the label, because most of the time I don't feel any difference when I take probiotics, with an exception of Florastor (prebiotic). But my friend swears by Amvilab's probiotic - he felt positive effect from the start. Regular and complete elimination, no bloating and overall feeling of "gut wellness". It's very reasonably priced, so if you're looking for probiotic, give it a shot. It might work for you just as well as for my friend.

I just started taking it, but it seems to be working fine. It's kind of tough to say, because I wasn't having any negative issues that needed resolved.

This is a very good product. It's effective, but overly so...And it's cost effective.
