This cleaning product was easy to use, gave us a clean dishwasher, and I appreciate that the ingredients are not a long list of hard-to-pronounce chemicals. Instructions on the box are clear and simple. No hoops to jump through or tricky steps to take. We feel that our dishwasher is now clean, deodorized, and refreshed. I like that this is a family-run small business, and the price-per-cleaning is VERY affordable, compared to many other products available. We like this ACTIVE product enough that we ordered two other cleaners, one for coffeemakers and one for disposals.
