PROS: It looks like the photos CONS: Everything First off, this thing is pretty long and has no way to adjust, which means your pet is going to be hanging down by your hip basically - which obviously isn't where you want them to be. If you're average height or taller, it might hit at the appropriate length BUT once the pet is in the bag, there's absolutely no stability or security for them so the bag is going to close up around them. It's basically a fabric grocery bag. Fabric is meh. The mesh allows for more airflow, but it's pretty rough and low-quality. Stretchy too, which goes along with the above comments. All in all, a major disappointment. Maybe use it to gather chicken eggs?

I'm always looking for new ways to take my little one on adventures with me, so I decided to try out a dog sling. This one is pretty basic lightweight mesh fabric, a clip for the collar, and plastic snaps to secure it around your pet's head. Here's the good news: the mesh is awesome. It's super breathable, which is perfect for those hot days when we're out and about. And since it's lightweight, it doesn't feel heavy or bulky when I'm carrying my pet. Attaching it to the collar was a breeze, and the snaps kept her secure and comfy. Now, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. The shoulder strap isn't adjustable, and it's a tad on the long side for me. This means the pet ends up riding a little lower on my hip than I'd ideally like more like a side kangaroo pouch than a chest carrier. An adjustable strap would definitely be an improvement. Another thing the mesh feels a bit rough, especially after carrying her around for a while. It would be nice if the material, especially the shoulder strap, was a softer fabric. Overall, this is a good starter sling for people who want to see if their pet likes being carried this way. It's affordable, lightweight, and gets the job done. Just be aware of the strap length and the slightly rough material. For me, it'll probably work best for shorter trips until I find a sling with an adjustable strap and softer fabric.

One of our kitties loves to be held constantly and she enjoys being held like a baby and having her chest and belly rubbed. Because she's so insistent on being held, I thought I would get this for her so she can be held longer without tying up my hands for typing or other things. It works well, but I do find the strap to be a little short for a large person. I may modify it myself by adding rings and using an adjustable guitar strap or purse strap that is wide and sturdy so that it is a little more comfortable for me. I'm sure it's a lot more comfortable as-is for folks who aren't plus-sized. I had suspected this from the measurements in the listing so I do not fault the product for the fit, as it is clearly stated. I love the joy this brings my pet, and I like that there are snaps along the bed area so that you can secure your pet more when on -the-go. I don't use them since I have only used this in my home to carry around the spoiled kitty girl, but I did notice them and thought it was a nice detail. Overall it's a really nice way to carry your pet around with you, especially if you have an extra needy pet with abandonment anxiety.

This Small Dog Carrier is extremely well made and very comfortable. My little 8 lb Terrier was not sure about the carrier to start with, but then she is super suspicious of anything new. I left it sitting on the couch so she could sniff if and eventually she laid down on top if it. I then put on the carrier and picked her up and she was snuggling inside it in a very short time. Once she got the hang of it, she totally accepted it and as her favorite thing is to be carried around, she was very happy. I am not sure it would be suitable for any animal larger than 10 lbs maximum, but for my little one it is just perfect.

Puppers is only 9 lbs, and she fits ok in it. However, I am tall (59) and the sling does not adjust to any longer. So if you are shorter it may work, but otherwise not for taller than average.
