Nice

Three of the four scissors are perfect, but the chunker scissor will not close no matter how I adjust it so it does not smoothly cut without getting caught on itself. Ive tried adjusting it for an hour, and it just doesnt work sad.

Super smooth and sharp

These are so sharp! I tested them out first by using the straight scissors on my poodle and they cut through his hair like butter. Then I tried the checkers and he did not like the sound they made opening and closing so he flinched and I sliced my finger open on the blade. Wish they were a little more quiet when operating.

Shears caught after third use.

Nice shears but caught after the third use. I adjusted the gear and it still caught.

Good value

I purchased these for the price point, and honestly have enjoyed these scissors. They were sharp out of the package, and have held up through my day to day work (roughly 25-30 grooms a week). I have noticed that the thinning shears work better with certain hair types and textures. I have yet to get them sharpened after constant use through the week for a couple of months and havent had any issues so far.

I have really expensive shear and really cheap ones. the chunkers I had went dull and weren't cutting the best. So, I figured I'd look around and see what I could find that was quality and decently priced. They are very sharp. The handle is very comfortable and light. My dogs don't like the sound of the electric razor so I use these scissors to cut and trim their hair and it works well. Chunkers are meant for cutting bulk off or setting your lines, also i use them to take of any unwanted hair sticking out behind the ears, arm pits, under the chest, on long haired dogs that just near a cleanup, and much more...They have been very useful and the hair cuts looks so much better than when I use plain straight scissors.
