I usually don't write reviews unless I truly believe in the product. We have a 10 year old 120 pound Labrador who absolutely hates having his nails trimmed to the point I have to have him sedated in order to have nails trimmed. Not anymore!! This works like a charm! You definitely need at least 2 people when trying the product, treats for motivation, lots of rubs and love! My boy tried nipping at me due to a tender nail so I put the cone of shame on and voila!! I'm so happy I can trim his nails at home now and save money!!

I have a 9 year old large Pittie who decided a few years ago that he didn't want me trimming his nails anymore. I'd been doing his nails for 7 years without incident because his nails are clear so it was easy to see the veins. But in his grumpy old age he decided that he didn't want them done at home anymore. He quit grooming his front feet so I've been taking him to his vet to sedate him for her to trim him. The sedation isn't good for him so I've tried every trick in the book to do them at home. From calming chews to putting a plastic bag on top of my head that's covered in peanut butter... Nothing worked. I've tried several other grooming hammocks that either didn't fit him right or couldn't handle the weight and strength of a Pitbull. This Kkiimatt is the first one that held him and held him safely. The velcro strap almost didn't have enough length for his wide frame but it closed enough to hold him securely. The leg holes were perfect for him. The straps and clips are strong. They had to be strong because he is a very powerful guy. He wiggled, tossed about and struggled to get out of the hammock but it held him solidly and safely. It was still a struggle to get the job done but he and I got through it. He did manage to bite me pretty good so I'll add a muzzle to the mix next time he needs trimmed. It's worth getting bit and a trip to the ER as long as his feet are cared for. Even with all his antics this is safer for him than sedation at his age. I'm very impressed with this hammock. My boy will live longer because of it. It's made right and it's made strong. I am happy to recommend it.

It does take two people to put my dog into but it hugs her really nice around the middle she then relaxes, easy to use pretty color seems durable to last along time I feel she is safe while I trim her paws it lessens the stress on both of us while clipping her claws

This is one of those products that make a necessary job easier for dog owners but can make the dog uneasy. My dog squirmed while suspended for nail clipping and I could tell she was unhappy. But it did make my job easier. It's a trade-off you have to consider when it comes to your relationship with your dog. The sizing on this product does run a little large, too, so keep that in mind when ordering.

This was the best purchase I've made since Steely Dan arrived!!! You can do anything to your furbaby while suspended in mid-air.
