I got this trimmer for my cat, and it worked amazingly well. The trimmer cuts through fur like butter, removing it with ease. My cat had some knots in her tail and on her belly, which also came off without any problem. Despite being nervous and skittish, she actually let me shave her with this trimmer. It doesn't make much noise and doesn't hurt her, even when used right on the skin. I was able to shave her entire back in two pieces, and now she's so happy again! I still use the trimmer to maintain her fur whenever I notice a small knot. I can't recommend this device enough! It's stellar quality for the price.

I have a nice heavy duty corded and is set that I have used for years with three of my dogs older dogs. We also just got two long haired dachshund puppies who just need touch up trims on their paws legs and butts. They are also not used to the heavy duty clippers and their sound and vibrations like the older dogs are. This is why I got this cordless clipper set. It is much quieter and less vibrations. Also being. Ord free lets me trim up the pups where they are comfortable at and not tethered to an outlet. We also spend 3 months of the year living in our RV at camp and I love being able to bring this small carry set with us. There is also a nail clipper, comb and scissors included in the set which is very nice to have all in one kit. I only wish it had a hard carry case. Great set for us

This groomer works pretty well. Its actually light weight and flexible enough to easily get around my pups eyes and ears which is the main thing that needs constant trimming. You have to really hold the hair up and pull it extra taut to have it go through the curly hair on head/body. Didnt have enough power to do that smoothly although it does work with a little more effort. The kit it comes with isnt that useful. The scissors are decent but who uses a nail file on a dog and the nail clippers arent very sturdy. The comb is okay. Overall not a bad groomer but if you have a thick haired dog and are looking to do more than touch ups I would go with something stronger.

The media could not be loaded. This kit comes with a lot of things and I am basing this review on the primary product which is the clippers. The clippers are very nice and I can recommend those. The clippers are cordless and light weight to use which is a bonus if your hand gets tired while grooming. The clippers are adjustable from about a 40 blade down to approx a 10 blade by rotating the dial under the clipper head. I find that feature a real convenience. They also come with several comb guards to provide a longer cut. The clippers are sharp and do a great job as you can see in my video clipping the hair under my dogs eyes. These clippers are best suited to finishing work such as using on the eyes, ears, feet, and sanitary areas. I would not attempt to shave down a big wooley dog with them as they are just not heavy duty. For that kind of job you need corded clippers with more power and metal blades of appropriate length instead of comb guards. You would also want blades that can be sharpened and/or are replaceable for doing full shaved downs. Could you do it with these? Yes, probably, but it would be a long process and these would not hold up for many repeat performances. I do not see replacement blades available and I don't think these can be sharpened. However, if you want to use them for finishing work and small jobs then they will do a great job for you and the blade should last a while. The kit also comes with some nail trimmers, a nail file, and some scissors. The nail trimmers are sharp and work well, but they are very small and only suitable for cats or very small toy breed dogs. They will not fit onto or cut the nails of a dog larger than about 20 lbs or so. The dog in my video is 16 lbs and I could barely cut his nails to determine that they work and are sharp, but I would not use them on him again because they are really too small. If you have a cat or tiny dog then they will be great. The scissors are really awful. Do not buy this kit if you want it because you think you will get good grooming scissors. They just bend the hair instead of cutting. I put them in my office to use on paper and as a letter opener because I would never use them for grooming. However, I am not deducting stars from this review for the scissors because I feel like those are really just a "bonus" item and not the primary product. The clippers are the star of this show and they do a great job for small cordless clippers.

I admit. I was skeptical when so many items are included in a kit such as this, at a perceived inexpensive price. I feel the seller included some very cheap (quality) items to bump the kit content which really was not necessary. The comb will see some use, the nail file? It is not something I would use on my little girl. The scissors are adequate for use = win. The actual trimmer is an inexpensive version of others I have that I feel are a better quality than this. For the price and content, it will make a good backup, but wont replace my go to version I already have. Thank you for reading my review.
