We recently lost our dog of 14 yrs used this and still using for a companion for our surviving dog. Been extremely helpful. The Moose is about same size as our dog that passed and it has really helped her get through the days while we work.

Nice toy

New puppy was having trouble adjusting to crate training. Thought this might be helpful. He loves the stuffed moose toy. The heartbeat works as it should, but it didnt help calm him.

We brought her home from the shelter and she was sad and missing her litter mates but she was ok-- until bed time. She did not want to go into that crate alone. And she cried for hours that first night and for several nights after. During her first puppy visit, out vet recommended this product by name. I ordered it right away. Now she falls asleep almost immediately with no more crying unless something wakes her up suddenly. The New Years Fireworks have set us back a bit. But everyone in the house loves this toy.

If Ozzie could talk....

He'd tell you this is his absolute favorite toy! We bought this prior to getting our mini Aussie, anticipating some separation anxiety when we brought him home. We used the heartbeat the first night. After that, he took to this moose as his favorite toy- he carries it all over the house, even though it's bigger than him. If you try to put it away in his crate, he will immediately go behind you and drag it right back out. We haven't even had to use the heartbeat box since that first night- he's comforted just laying on it/chewing on it. We've had him for a month now, and this moose has stood up to all kinds of chewing, being dragged around everywhere, shook hard hanging from Ozzie's mouth. It's a very durable toy. Update: Im updating this review and taking down to 3 stars because it wont let me write a 2nd review for my 2nd time purchasing. Our first one was great. But Ozzie finally chewed a hole in one of the antlers so I ordered another to replace it. What I got this time was significantly smaller and has less stuffing in it so its more floppy and does not look like the quality is near as good. (One on left in picture is new one, one on right is the first one we bought months ago.) Im going to try to figure out a way to patch the antler on the first one because I dont expect this new one to last long.
