I found these really helpful at removing stuck on oatmeal. It took minimal effort and left no scratches on my bowls. If you have kids that cant seem to remember to rinse their dishes these are great.

Have used for a few chores, works great on shower soap scum and has been great for dishes that have stuck on food, especially that hard to remove starchy stuff. . Doesn't hurt your hand like the steel wool ones or the green pads.

I absolutely love these. These look like thin dish clothes, but they are made of metal wire. These work so well that I threw away all my other scratch pads. I used them on my non stick coated pans and not a single scratch. No wires came off like with a traditional scratch pad. I was able to use a lot of strength to scrub the bottom of a pan and it didn't hurt my fingers. I was surprised how well this worked considering they are thin, only two layers, but that's all you need. I know this is just a scratch pad, but it has already made cleaning up so much easier. I can't recommend these enough. Best things I have found in a long time. They really are that good.

I recently purchased a new Pitboss smoker/gas grill combo. It has the cast iron coated diamond grates. I did not want to ruin the coating using the wire brush from my old grill. A quick web search suggested using knit wire cloth. No scratching, no chance of leaving a metal wire that ends up in your food. How I clean my grill / smoker grates now: 2 of these washcloths bunched together. Aluminum drain pan full of warm water. Once the grilling surface is up to temperature or immediately after pulling the food off, I put on my high temp glove, soak the 2 washcloths in water, and scrub the hot grates. It acts like a steam cleaner quickly cleaning off any residue. Rince in the water, repeat as needed. Then once I fire up the grill for next use, I use a basting brush and add some beef tallow to the grates to season them/reduce sticking. This 10 pack should last me years.
