I have to admit i was a bit skeptical at first but overall I am very pleased with how I am feeling and looking. I have done a fair amount of research on gut health and how it relates to skin health. I am someone who has constantly battled with acne. Once I've stumbled upon how Lactofarrin not only helps with the bodies Iron absorption but also assists in promoting good gut health and reducing overall inflammation in the body I was intrigued. I am already half way through my SECOND bottle and my skin and stomach could not be happier. As someone that does absolutely everything to try and control my acne, it is frustrating when NOTHING you do works. Adding this into my routine seems to have helped clear all my skin within the first 2 weeks of me taking these pills daily. I do admit it works best with used simultaneously with Zinc, so I use Zitsticka formulation alongside this. I do admit zitsticka on its own was not enough to make my skin clear completely., but this combination has just given my skin the extra push it needed. BUY BUY BUY

cheap and works

this is one of the few types of supplements i do not need to drink water with because it does not taste horrible. i will say this brand doesn't taste as good as another brand i normally took but has become 11 dollars more expensive. the expensive one tasted more like a powder creamer and this one is more chaulky and sticks to my teeth more easily. but this one does what i need it to do. like many over weight people have lectin problems that they mistake for them being celiac, this lactoferrin does help me eat any lectin heavy foods like seeds and grains without the discomfort that came with eating them. love this stuff.
