I can only wear shoes with arch support due to a few foot surgeries in the past. After spending a lot of money on shoes and sandals over the years, I am so glad I tried these arch support inserts. Bought what was directed based on my shoe size and they are tiny. Plus I was hoping for a thicker arch support and cushion heel. Neither on both. If youre a W size 8-9 dont do the recommended size. Do the bigger one
