I wish I could give these 10, 20, 100 stars

I suffer from flat feet and have had minor surgery on my lower calf, so Im constantly looking to be comfortable in my tennis's or any other shoes. I have tried so many different insert styles (even paying my doctor a ridiculous amount of $ for a prescription version which I recently found on ZeeBooth for $13.99) but none of them really worked till now. I realize all of this is absolutely subjective but if you have leg/foot pain that just wont quit please just give these a try. The fit is exceptional, the additional pads are perfect, they totally stay in place, the thickness is just right, and the quality far exceeds any other ones Ive tried - especially those prescription ones. Please allow me to finish by saying that as for the lack of pain, I feel like Im walking on clouds and could easily wear my tenniss day & night.

Nice fit, worked well

I've had problems with my heels. These inserts help cushion my heels. I'm glad they fit quite well in my shoes, and I feel much more comfortable now.

Relieves strain and provides long lasting comfort

I stand a lot for work and the heel supports provide comfort and less fatigue. As a runner my feet take a lot of impact and these supports help my feet recover.

A bit hard.

These fit my shoes well and are really good for supporting your arch. They come with additional pads for adjusting them to suit your needs. Sadly, I require a bit more of a "squish"/cushion for my sensitive heels. I was not able to adjust anything enough to relieve the pain in my heels. I would recommend these for someone that needs a solid arch support that does not have sensitive heels.

Great arch support but not enough cushion on heel

I'm dealing with a recurrence of plantar fasciitis and got these cups to see if they would help better than some of my other heel cushions and supports. The first thing I noticed when I got them and took them from the package was how thin the heel was, with only a thin layer of cork for cushioning. For me, I require a decent layer of cushioning on the heel to help absorb shocks and let the damage in my plantar fascia heal. They fit very well into most of my shoes and the adhesive pad on the underside of the heel cup seems quite strong and will stay in place. Where I found these heel cups to excel was on the arch support, which is excellent. They really supported my arches and I didn't need to use the extra pads that came with the product. However, I did try them out to verify they worked as described. The extra pads allow for extra heigh on the arch - they also have very heavy duty adhesive, so they will stay in place once you have adjusted them to fit your situation. Overall, the heel cups seem very sturdy and appear they will last a very long time. There was no deformation in the arch support or anywhere else after wearing these for a week. Unfortunately, due to the minimal cushioning on the heel, these actually exacerbated my situation and I had to stop using them and move on to another heel cup with much more cushioning. For those who don't need as much heel cushion, these are made well, seems like they will last a very long time, and provide excellent arch support.
