They're Ok but stretched out quickly

These worked fairly well for a few weeks until I rinsed them to clean off dirt. Since then one of them got stretched out, I only finished gently with a teensy bit of hand soap. Also they aren't great in shoes, I tried it and they slid around and wouldn't stay in place :-p...but they are great on my bare feet at home.

Perfect high arch support but may be a temp shoe solution

I bought a pair of ankle Corral boots on-line that are adorable but offered no arch support for my moderately high arch. I researched a lot and decided for this brand because the boot was already on the tight side and I didn't want to add a lot more bulk in any place besides my arch. Yes, I read that some reviewers had problems with the silicone tearing but that wasn't my main worry for a single wear at a wedding event. I just wanted to ensure that they didn't tear that first wearing. Sure enough, they were perfect and very comfortable although I did get foot sweating (never have experienced that before). Anyway, they didn't tear and I was very comfortable the entire night (7 hours). I don't think I will be able to say the boots will be "broken in" because of my high arch but at least for casual wearing these inserts worked for my high arches way more comfortably than I ever expected.

Works well well in shoes

I wore these all day yesterday, walked a few miles and they stayed in place and helped my arches the whole time. No blisters, just a tiny bit of discomfort from a part under my heel that rolled up a bit (easy to fix). More comfortable than the shoe inserts I have. Far more comfortable than the arch support bands with velcro closure in socks and shoes - I like the others better for barefoot, though, as these are a little loose and also stick to the floor a bit.

Thse sleeves have been a lifesaver. Super comfortable and decreases my plantar pain instantly. I can even sleep in them.

Ask Questions Before You Purchase

I am undergoing physical therapy for contractual of the ankle and arch pain. While the taping of my arch area by the therapist has been very helpful, her recommendation that I purchase the Dr. Frederick product was very misguided. The pain I felt wearing this arch support device was extreme! The underpadding was largely to blame. Also, the silicone was poorly constructed and no matter how I wore it, there were gaps. One of the poorest quality products I have ever bought on ZeeBooth. By contrast, the Copper arch support sleeve was fantastic. Be careful before you order this product. I definitely will counsel my therapist NOT to recommend this product for other patients.
