Pretty good but why not go all the way and do complete silicone socks?

These are comfortable and fairy secure. However, I would have liked something more complete that would cover my toes as well. It seems like this brand has done this, toe-only cap, and heel-only silicone 'socks' for cream application and I don't understand why they don't go all the way and create COMPLETE silicone socks that cover your toes, heels and arch.

Perfect for Issues With Your Ankle

These were purchased for our grand daughter who is an ice skater and because of the forces on her feet within the boot, she has developed an issue with her heel. Nothing we have tried before has given her relief or enough cushion as these gel pads have. She started wearing these and in the last few months, she's noticed that they protect her heel much better than other gel heel protectors and they stay in place. They are truly targeted to the achilles tendon area but they could also work for the heel as well. She has developed a condition which will eventually result in surgery later on, but for now, these have given her a lot of needed protection and comfort that allows her to continue with her training and ice skating along with working as a waitress at two jobs They fit very well within her skating boots and her work shoes, so it's a win for both types of shoes. Highly recommend for ice skaters who wear the bungas and other gel protectors and those on their feet for hours at a time.

I was sceptical

I really didnt think they would help the pain from my ankle but I ordered them anyway. I was suprised that 80% of my pain I had while walking went awat immediately after putting it on.I tried two at the same time and that helped even more.. You might want to order two, they get pretty dirty and have to be washed everytime you take them off.

Not a fan

These feel odd in your shoe and after a few hours are really bothersome. Much better for short term use. Also tends to rub my Achilles tendon- which is part of my heel issue. Not comfortable in general. It needs to go up higher on the ankle to prevent achilles rub.
