I'm not sure of the positive benefits of these Turmeric Curcumin Root Extract capsules; I can notice no decided improvement or lessening of pain in my movements. On the other side, there are no negatives that I can tell. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste for me. Different things work for different people. I will try something else next time.

Can't say I feel much different but these are easy to swallow and do not leave any sort of taste or aftertaste.

These are easy to take and I believe easy for your body to absorb. I believe I notice a difference however I take many supplements and believe it's the combination of them all.

I am taking this for my aching joints. I dont see a noticeable improvement and I have taken this several times with no negative effects whatsoever. If you don't know about the benefits of turmeric, you need to do some research. As always, please consult with your doctor before starting on a new supplement. I knocked one star off only because when I opened my bottle, it seems as if one of the capsules opened up because all the capsules are covered in a yellow powder (turmeric) which when it gets on your fingers, it leaves quite a mess. However, that's the only negative. The capsules are easy to swallow and they do not leave an aftertaste. I really like these supplements so I highly recommend them.
