Another interesting supplement from Mercola

I have been taking these fulvic acid supplements, on and off, for a few weeks now. I have noticed an increase in energy, whether or not that's sue to these, or something else, I don't know, but I did have some disgestive discomfort, again, couldbe from anything or nothing. I will continue taking these, and see how I do. The ingredients look fine, and they seem very fresh. Good value.

Minerals for DIgestion

I like to keep up with what is new on the market in supplements, vitamins, herbs etc. I recently ran across Dr. Mercola's Humic Fulvic Acid Complex. From the label there is no way I could tell that this is support for your GI tract. I was able to educate myself a little on the Mercola website. Bottom line these are minerals that help support the health and integrity of your GI tract and thus helps your Intestines better absorb the nutrients in your food. Sounded like something that would be very helpful for me. The suggested dosage is 1 capsule a day although it does not say "with or without" food and if it's better during the day or at bedtime. I took 1 capsule at lunch with food, and I did not notice any issues with digestion or negative side effects. I did not notice any great difference, but I feel, as with most supplemental nutrients, it may take more than a month to get a good idea of how helpful this would be. I am encouraged to continue for a couple months at least, since I have confidence in the quality of Mercola's supplements. I have used Mercola products before, and I was very happy with the quality and purity and thoughtful formulas that really worked. I highly recommend.

Reputable company and functional supplement

I"ve used several supplements from Dr. Mercola in the past and have always found them to be of good quality. This Fulvic Acid complex seems to be of good quality as well. Fulvic Acid is one of the main ingredients of Shilijat and even though the science behind these supplements is in question the historical usage is not. I found, for me, this works well for digestion but primarily energy. It's not like an immediate boost of energy like a caffiene pill, but with consistent usage I find that my energy levels have increased considerably after just a week or so. I'm pretty pleased with this supplement.

I have used Dr. Mercola's products in the past and am confident in the quality. I have a temperamental digestive system, so wasn't sure how this would react, but unfortunately, it didn't agree with me. I'm not going to fault the product for that, it's just how my individual body reacted. I still felt an increase in energy, so maybe it's just something to figure out. I do think it's a quality product and a great way to take fulvic acid without the dirt flavor of liquid supplements.
