Saw these and decided to get them to see if they helped with my respiratory system, I am all about trying my best at keeping my health and body up since I have gotten older, I didn't like how the capsules smelled when I opened the bottle, I can't even describe it,a good thing about them are that they are easy to swallow since the capsules have a gel like smooth coating and are small, I have been taking them for awhile now and seem to notice a little bit of a difference, while these are some decent respiratory support supplements, they are a bit expensive for only a 1 month supply.

No change doesn't work

I sometimes experience coughing this time of year due to seasonal allergies and the postnasal drip those can cause. I've previously found guafanesin and mullein effective at relieving those, I assume by thinning the mucus in the throat so it no longer induces coughing. This Respiratory Support blend from Dr. Mercola is a step better than those though, because the ingredients also lubricate and sooth the lungs. I notice the difference, and am glad to have these with me on those occasional days when my allergies make me cough.

The Dr. Mercola Respiratory Support supplement comes in a dark glass bottle with a safety seal. This product is good for strengthening and nourishing your entire respiratory system with organic blend of herbs in a convenient capsule form. Take 2 capsules a day. The Dr. Mercola website has more detailed information on this product, precautions and not to take this product if you have allergies to ragweed or plants in the Asteraceae family. This is a good quality supplement and I have had positive results from taking it.

Ive had a terrible time the past few months with extreme allergies. Ive never experienced anything like this. Just sudden wet, coughing fits and nasal congestion. Its so bad I cant breathe for all the snot and sudden congestion. I was taking antihistamines for about a month, and while it wasnt as bad it still kept happening. I even tried another allergy pill for congestion, but that one did nothing at all. Nothing helped. I actually ended up injuring an oblique muscle in my side from all the coughing and snot clearing. Then I ended up at the ER over related pain that could have been something much worse, but thankfully wasnt. To say Ive been desperate for relief is an understatement. Well Im not willing to go on record claiming this is a miracle supplement, but when I take it my attacks are slim to none. I was on it about 3 weeks daily then stopped taking it. Now its every so often. And Ive started to notice my fits are beginning to come on again. I have no idea if this is really helping or not, but I highly suspect that it is. Im going to get back on it, til the bottles gone and hope for the best. Allergies can be so very tricky. I wish I knew for sure so I could help you decide. I researched the ingredients and feel good about this as one to try and possibly to recommend. I do believe it was well formulated. If I continue to have clear days on this, then my money-sucking snot storm monster returns, I am absolutely buying myself another bottle! Ill let you know if I do.
