I think this postpartum multi-vitamin is incredible! New moms need options from brands they can trust, to help them get the important vitamins and minerals they need to replenish their bodies and heal from pregnancy and birth. This is especially important as a breastfeeding mama (like I was). It can be so difficult to take care of yourself properly while caring for a baby, and having an easy to take multi-vitamin like this one makes it simple to do so during a time when everything can be overwhelming. The fact that this vitamin doesnt make me feel nauseous (like my prenatal vitamins did), doesnt have a strong odor or taste to it, and that you only need to take one a day are definitely all a plus! I love that this brands primary focus has been babies and children, and that theyre a family business with their products made in the USA. This makes me feel good not only about what I am putting in my body, but the company I am supporting as well. I am pleased with how I feel while taking this multi-vitamin, both immediately after, and now after taking it for a few weeks. I make sure to take it with food as directed, but I have not had any issues while taking it with a snack or smaller meal vs. a larger meal.
