Im almost done with this bottle and I cant really say that Ive noticed a big difference but I am trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. I know that sometimes meds take a while to give you kind of benefit so we will see I will keep taking.

Great quality Ashwagandha pills!

I was looking for a good quality Ashwagandha by a reputable brand and found these. The brand itself seems like it's held to a high standard, and these supplements are as well. They seem like a very high quality supplement, haven't noticed any ill-effects from them yet! The size of the pills is great they are easy to take, and I like that this specific one has Black Pepper added as that is supposed to improve the absorption of Ashwagandha. No complaints here, would definitely recommend!

Good so far

I've been taking these for a few days and I feel good so far. I haven't experienced any negative side effects. The capsules are small and easy for me to swallow. I haven't noticed any bad tastes from them.

Tastes like ashwaganda!

I always find it hard to review supplements, especially ones related to mood. Mood is so fickle, and so dependent on outside factors. For instance, in the month I've been taking this, I've definitely felt calmer, but that's more likely due to the fact that I finished my grad school applications than any supplement. So my mood has improved, and possibly it might be related to these capsules. I did want to make sure that these at least contained the ingredients stated, so I did open one up and taste it. According to what I could find online, ashwaganda tastes slightly bitter and earthy, almost like dirt, and that's pretty much exactly what these tasted like. There was also a hint of black pepper - not as much as I was expecting, but definitely present. Without resorting to some sort of expensive lab test, I feel pretty confident that these are what they say they are (you never know with supplements!). And I do think they may have helped improve my mood. I know that's not a very definitive conclusion, but if you're interested in giving ashwaganda a try, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these.

Probably won't reorder

I haven't really had a noticeable different in any way. It may be that Ashwagandha just isn't for me. I've tried it in the past without the black pepper with no difference, but hoped with the addition of the pepper it would affect me differently. Nothing different to this point. While the description does say it's tested for but not 3rd party tested. I'm sure this helps many people, unfortunately I'm not one of those people. Maybe you will be.
