These are some of the best acrylic paint pens Ive ever used. I first got them in black and was so in love with their performance until I actually purchased 2 additional packs for my studio work and gift giving. When I saw that they were also available in white, gold, and silver I had to give them a try too. No disappointments here!

Super black and super opaque

I was initially disappointed in these markers only because I was mistaken as to what I was going to get. I was expecting more of the older type of paint pen that you have to shake and push the nib into the barrel to get the thicker paint flowing. These work pretty much just like a typical marker. However, I soon discovered the advantages these have over traditional solvent markers. You know how the popular "not-dull" (hint) brand marker will wipe itself away if you try to black out an area on a slick surface by scribbling in the same spot? These pens just lay down a lovely smooth and opaque layer of paint that doesn't wipe itself back off when you go over the same area. You do have to be careful to let the paint dry; it's not instantaneous like solvent pens, but it doesn't have the smell either. Although these may not work for every situation, the results are better on compatible surfaces.

Daughter loves them

I got a 7yo daughter that loves drawing, so got these for her darker outlines she likes to do when she watched art stuff on youtube. The marks are rather nice, and it being a combo pack is a plus since she forgets here and there to close em up after use.

My grand son, a budding artist loves these paint pens. He has used them for drawing on paper, on shells and rocks as well as on wood models. He seems to use black a lot and is always running low. They are dual tip and come in a pack of 8. All black, not a mix of colors. Perfect for his needs and at a very fair price.

Easy to use

I am painting/marking stone and acrylic items. These markers work really well. On dark under colors I am havnint to put on 2 coats but the same as with acrylic paint. I am getting a good amount of coverate that is the pens are lasting what feels like a good amount of time. Recommend.
