I have never used any of the popular brand cleaning cloths that only use water for cleaning and have always wanted to, so I jumped on the chance to order these. They come in a pack of 2, separately boxed, so you can keep both or give one away for a gift, which is nice. Instructions included were easy to follow- add water to the textured cloth, wipe/scrub the glass, and then use the smooth cloth to dry/buff the water away. A freestanding mirror we use in our bathroom always looks dirty when I use a flash to take a photo in it, so it requires frequent cleaning. I was skeptical this "just add water" cloth would work, but both photos shown were taken with a flash, and it is clear that this window cleaning cloth worked like a charm. I love being able to clean just using something that is readily available in our home and doesn't have any potentially harmful impact on the environment as some cleaners do. Very environmentally friendly and economical, because once you buy the cloths, that's all you need. Highly recommend to add to your cleaning arsenal of supplies.

This window cleaning kit arrives in a plain brown box with a label that says, "Just add water E-Cloth" on it. There are two cloths inside: one waffle-weave window cloth and a smooth polishing cloth. You simply dampen the waffle-weave cloth to clean the window and use the other to polish it dry. I love not having to use any chemicals and having a streak-free bathroom mirror, which is what I have tried it out on so far. My only complaint is that the small card with the directions that come in the box have tiny print and are vague: wet and wring, wipe, polish. I was left wondering which one I was supposed to wet so went back to the product page for clarification as to which I should wet. With the very simple direction that said to wet the waffle-weave cloth I examined the cloths and discovered the small tag on the open weave cloth that says "window cloth" and the other cloth says, ""glass & polishing" embedded in the fabric. This is all pretty simple to figure out and I knew what I ordered, but clarity on the direction card would be welcomed. This package would make a nice gift for the practical people on your gift list, but will they be confused about what you've sent, given the package and vague directions?

I have had a couple sets of the well known branded N version of these. They are a different texture less smooth and more textured with deeper waffle grooves. They dont feel as expensive but whats important is how they work. I love being able to just use water to clean things and I really like having these in my car because it drives me nuts to have haze or streaks on my windshield or windows. These work well. I use the waffle one to clean and the smoother one to polish the glass using just water.
