Contains Vegetable Oil

I know that the ingredients are on the listing page, but in case you didnt read them all be aware that this contains vegetable oil. I know not everyone cares about that but some people do. I personally prefer my spice mixes to be strictly herbs and spices. Now that we have that out of the way, I will say that my family really likes this seasoning. It has a potent scent and a little bit of kick to it, which is what most of my family loves. It is especially liked on meat and veggies and in my husbands homemade spaghetti sauce. This is a good sized container so that is a good value for the price.

Yummy on veggies!

This is a good seasoning blend. I used this on steamed veggies (sprinkled on before putting in my microwave steamer) and roasted veggies. I also used this in a marinade for chicken I put on the grill.

Tastes great with a little spice.

I thought this was a pretty good spice blend and tasted just like I expected based on the contents. The lemon peel and chili flakes were a good contrast. I tried this on chicken in the air fryer and it made a really nice crust (mixed with olive oil). The taste was great without being too overwhelming. I didn't need to add salt when eating, although I did add a little pepper. I also added it to grits and fried eggs one morning. So good! I highly recommend this blend. It's a huge bottle and will last you a LONG time!

Great all purpose seasoning

It has all of the things that I typically use to season my food. I have used this several times, most recently last night. I made shrimp pasta. I seasoned the shrimp with this and then cooked it in a mixture of olive oil and butter. I added about 1/4 cup of white wine and cooked that down. Then I stirred in about 2 tablespoons of flour and cooked that off so that it was smooth and didn't taste like raw flour. I also added in a little extra of this seasoning at that time as well. I then added about a cup of half and half and 8 ounces of parmesan cheese. I then stirred in the pasta and about a 1/2 cup of the pasta water. This was delicious and my husband really liked it. I recommend this.
