This teeny little magsafe speaker is much louder than it looks if you are looking to up the sound from your phone speakers. The sound is certainly not mind blowing. But it is a level up from your phone speakers. The size makes it rather convenient. It's small enough that it isn't necessarily a nuisance to lug around if you have a backpack. The magsafe feature is great. But I have been finding myself sticking the speaker on my fridge. It also has a cute little light show that I don't care for. So I keep the light show off.

This is a cool little speaker that is actually pretty loud despite it's size and would say it works better than advertised except the music/game mode, I didn't notice any difference in quality or bass, etc. but I will say it's well made, very cool and modern looking with RGB lights that can luckily be turned off, and the Bluetooth connection instantly paired to my phone and didn't drop once. The audio is crystal clear, but like every other small speaker, there's virtually no bass and really only good for listening to audio books, TV, podcasts, etc. so if that's what you're getting for, I highly recommend it.

Right off the bat, as a bluetooth speaker, this thing is tiny. Like, forget-it's-in-your-pocket tiny. But as the saying goes "big things come in small packages." This speaker pumps out some decent sound. Is it gonna replace your home theater? Not at all. But for a quick jam session or podcast listen, it does the job. The Bluetooth 5.3 is a nice touch. It paired very fast with my phone. And once it's connected, it stays connected. No more of that annoying cutting out every time you move two feet away. Now, for the fun stuff. The RGB lights? Total vibe. You can pretend you're at a mini rave in your bedroom. There's even a "Game Mode," which I guess makes your Candy Crush soundtrack more epic or something. Battery life is solid. Seven hours of playtime means you can listen to your entire playlist without scrambling for a charger. And when it needs a charge, it's quick and easy. The reason why I like it is because it doubles as a phone stand. Handy little feature for when you're scrolling through Tik Tok or watching Netflix. Is it perfect? Not entirely. The sound can get a bit tinny at max volume. But for under 30 bucks, you're getting a pretty versatile little speaker that's great for travel, impromptu dance parties, or jazzing up your golf cart (yes, they actually mention that in the description). Bottom line: If you're looking for a cheap, portable speaker that's more than just a speaker, the Edifier G200 is worth a shot. Just don't expect it to blow the roof off and you'll probably be pretty happy with it.
