Fun for a bit

This game says ages 3+, but it seemed too easy for my just-turned-4 year old (her 4th bday was literally yesterday). Nevertheless, my 4yo and 7yo did have fun playing. The game itself is extremely simple. I would say 2 and 3 year olds could play it. They loved the sparkly gems. They thought the dragon scissor was cute.

Pretty Fun Children Board Game

The game is pretty fun and helps teach hand-eye coordination and also color matching for young kids. There's been a handful of times where our daughter doesn't even really want to play the game, she just likes matching the gems together by their color and calling it a day. The only issue is the dragon scissorsthey don't open up super wide, so it can get frustrating for our daughter to get the gems into its mouth at times because there's very little room for error since it just doesn't open up very wide. I wish they had designed them to open a bit wider.

The media could not be loaded. We love it. It is fun, well made, simple to play, and helps with the fine motor of holding and using scissors properly. Also it is not a huge game and is in a nice sturdy box.

Fun, skills-based game

My 3 year old is getting ready for preschool next year, so I love that he can start practicing his scissor skills at home without actually have to use scissors. He loves scooping up the gems, and can easily follow along with the game.

Really cute game that helped my kids work on their scissor holding abilities. Small pieces though so if you have babies be careful. Not a lot to the actually concept of a game though.
