This brace is pretty good for what it is. Its not too bulky so it can be worn under long sleeve shirts without much issue. The velcro is also very strong. After working out with it for a few days it started to have a funky smell to it. Hand washing in the sink fixed that issue. The purple brace is also more of a pinkish hue to it rather than purple.

Luckily I only have need for the brace sporatically when I over do something. Very happy to have this brace on hand for when I do need it. It has been helping a great deal this week

Maybe I have tendonitis after decades doing work with my hands + on the computer, but have never actually been told by a medical professional that I do. However, a while back I did something dumb (too long to describe and you wouldn't care) and had some pretty severe pain that lasted quite a while. At the time I got a great elbow sleeve that would make it very bearable to continue working for hours on end. Eventually they started to feel too small and got loose as I regained muscle size I had lost for over time of becoming more sedentary. Anyhow, I did something dumb again and needed additional support once again. This 2 pack for under $10 is a game changer (and not just tennis or golf either!) Since they no longer have the logo, just know that the blue side goes on the inside, against your skin. The pictures and instructions are not the best or the worst but I strongly suggest getting the straps through the loops and attached first and then sliding it onto your arm instead of attempting one arm application: sometimes working smarter not harder is best, especially if you're already in pain! These would likely work on anyone from a teenager to a brawny man beast, since the straps are that long and the velcro that strong. You definitely gotta adjust and find the sweet spot to where it's providing enough support but not killing your circulation.

However, the listing, the box, and the instructions to some extent, are all needed to eventually figure out how to wear the thing. when you open the box, there are 4 pieces: 2 each of the strap and 2 each of the compression pad. the listing used to have the brand name on the outside so it was a no-brainer to figure out which side was out. but all images have a blue side and a black side (which is actually nicer than having the logo stand out). At the ends of each pad are 2 rectangular plastic pieces to slip the strap through. I decided to put the strap through such that i could peel it open and adjust both or either side to tighten because (after several tries) I had to pretty much completely overlap each of the straps to make it snug enough. So, even if you have more svelte arms or have more strongly muscled arms (not "Popeye the sailor man" forearms as that kind of definition might be a bit much for this item), these things will likely work since they stretch and can completely overlap. the straps have a soft textured material that sticks to the "hook" on the end tabs when the tabs fold over the side of the rectangular pieces. You may want to put a small piece of tape at the very edge of the hook tab so you can easily pull back the hook to adjust until you figure out how the thing best works for you. all the literature refers to tennis elbow (outside elbow pain), but mentions that golfer's elbow (inside elbow pain) requires you to wear the pad on the inside rather than the outside. I was really happy to see that the listing shows where to put the pad for tennis elbow. Unfortunately, the location shown for the inside elbow pain did not work for me, so i've been turning the thing around and around all day. I think i might have found the sweet spot for me: if i hold my arms straight in front of me with my palms ups and bend my arms toward me, i placed the pad such that it faces the other arm about an inch or two above the elbow. I just want it to feel better, so that is what i did. You may have slightly different pain, so the location may not be the same. One last little note: try not to let the strap come out of the plastic thing. the pad itself overlaps (good thing), but makes a one handed insertion difficult.
