Was confusing when I took this out of the package as there were NO instructions. Unfortunately that's par for the course these days, and I wish that would change. I actually had to go back to the pictures in the description to figure it out, as it's not apparent. In fact, I was trying to put it on inside out! Once I got it figured out, it has been working well. The one thing that needs improvement is the width of the band where the Velcro sticks. It is the same width as the Velcro, and you have to get it just right, or it rubs against your arm uncomfortably. Other than that, it does what it is supposed to do and helps with the tennis elbow pain.

Really thin.... This is the most lightweight elbow brace I've ordered yet, and I've ordered all different types. Fully extended (not looped, just laid out flat) this is 17 1/2" long. The "fabric" of the brace itself has almost *no* give, so pulling the ends opposite directions from each other, it moves maybe 1/4", so not stretchy like neoprene. There aren't any little blue lights on this (image 1) they're just showing you the removable pad, which is dense feeling and less than 1/4" thick; looks about 3/16ths of an inch. The "hook and loop" fasteners (trademark name "Velcro") are all very strong. On my kitchen scale, this weighs 0.8 of an ounce or 24 grams. This appears to be of quality materials and workmanship. I've given a 4 star rating based on initial impressions and *perceived* quality, not on long term use or results. I hope this review has been helpful and enables you to make an informed purchase decision. I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

First, this took forever to get delivered! I almost forgot that I ordered it. It does seem very well made, though, and it easy to use. My husband is wearing it now to see if it helps with his golfer's elbow, so I'll update my review with any noticeable results.

This is comfortable to wear and works as described. Really easy to put on. Wasnt sure at first how it went in and had to come look at the pictures but after it was properly placed i didnt even remember it was there

Comfortable to wear and easy to put on and adjust with the straps. No complaints when using it for sports and helps minimize some wear and tear.
