There is a lot to love here and I cannot see a con at this time. The two-pack factor is great. The sleeves are aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The top end has GEL beads to help prevent "slippage". The sleeve is SOFT to the touch and very COMFORTABLE. There is nice elasticity and I like their logic (per the site page) on using latex, spandex and nylon in the design materials combination. The elbow circle guides you where to apply it. It comes with a handy little card with useful information on the product that somehow I already misplaced or lost. I am still looking for it. I ordered the size LARGE (L) since I measured off their site page sizing chart and was approximately 11 1/4". I have not been doing much weight training lately due to injuries so I figured I should grow into this one. And as predicted it is a just a tad too big in certain areas with a little less than the desired all over compression level you would want. I am 6' 1/2" tall and weigh 185 pounds with a blended mesomorph/ectomorph build. The product appears DURABLE and very well made. When it comes time to wash them I will employ the GENTLE cycle, COLD water setting and utilize a zipper laundry bag. To dry it I will prop it up and air dry it on a table.

The elbow compression sleeve has been fantastic for managing my elbow pain during physical activities. Please check the size chart before ordering to ensure a perfect fit. -Breathable Fabric: The breathable fabric ensures my arms stay cool and dry during exercise and sports activities. -Long lasting: They hold up to washing well and are still working the same as they were on day 1. Cons: There are no cons to report in the first few weeks of using the sleeves. The elbow compression sleeves are excellent for anyone with elbow pain or looking for comfortable support during sports or physical activities.

08/21/24 - Update - I received my new Neon Green Size Medium one today and it fits me so much better than Size Small which was much too tight! I LOVE wearing this Size Medium one. The compression is perfect and not too tight for my arm. I can also bend and use my arm and elbow effortlessly. A fantastic deal for $10! Please choose the right size to help you heal! Good Luck! I LOVE my Size Medium! :0) This is a great set of 2 Elbow Sleeves. Material is thick and each elbow sleeve is very well made. Also LOVE the pink color and style/design. For $10, this is a fabulous set! :0) Each elbow sleeve has grippy rubberized dots at the top of each cuff/trim to help keep it in place. The elbow sleeve has a nice compression and feels great against your skin. Its smooth and NOT scratchy at all. Unfortunately, Small is a little too constructive for my arms. I actually need a Size Medium. Im 56 and approximately 153lbs. Im sure every body is different but I definitely cant wear this Size Small. Get the right size and you will love these elbow compression sleeves! Enjoy! :0)

These have a bit of a rubbery odor to them. Recommend washing before putting it on. I put them inside a linen bag and used the washing machine, then line dried them without any problem. There are 2 sleeves included. On the top inside rim of each is an anti-slip lining. This lining held the sleeve in place and I did not have to make any further adjustments while I was wearing the brace. I was able to relatively easily put on and take off the sleeve. A circular design indicates where the sleeve should line up with the outside of your elbow. There is no adjustability to this brace. I feel that it fits very snugly on me and seems to offer just the right amount of compression (I'd rate about 4/10 compression where a score of 10 would be the 3 Stooges tightening a vice grip on my arm). The compression seems uniform, not specific to any area. I did not feel any discomfort or feel any loss of sensation or circulation. I do not find that these restrict movement - I was able to easily move my arm through the entire range of motion. The fabric is light, comfortable, and breathable. I did not feel too hot while wearing this. All told I rate these a 5. They do what they are advertised to do.

I have a mild case of tendonitis in the tricep area of one arm and am learning to treat/manage it. I got these compression sleeves to help. The sizing seems to run a little large. I measured my arm 4 inches above the elbow as the product description suggests, and I am right in the middle of the size range for the large sleeve, but when I put it on it is a little baggy. It fits well on my forearm, but the upper arm (where I need it the most) is not a great fit. That said, when I first put it on and pulled it up higher on the arm until it was tighter, I felt mild but immediate relief. That was exciting, but short-lived. Pretty soon it felt just like before and I found myself adjusting the sleeve and trying to get some comfort again with only a little success. I had much better luck with cold packs, which provide relief that lasts much longer. So these are not the solution I am looking for, but your condition may be different than mine. If you think a compression sleeve will help, this is a pretty thick, high-quality sleeve that feels like it will last for a long time. It comes with a pair so you can use them on both arms or just keep one as a backup. I'm dinging it a star because of the sizing and limited utility for my condition, but not more than that because the quality is good and this will probably be a great solution for those who will benefit from a basic compression sleeve.
