Great combo

This is mostly used for Immune Support. I didn't pick up any off flavor or odor, and I couldn't detect an aftertaste. The effects were subtle for me. There were no negative effects, and I found it easy to swallow. I love the combination of Elderberry, C, and Zinc.

A Decent Vitamin

If you are deficient in vitamin C or Zinc, this can serve as a great supplement. The gummies taste good and don't leave you feeling sick. I imagine these are also good for the immune system being that they have vitamin c. I've been supplmenting with zinc for a while now and these seems like a great option to get that dose.
