This Oral B charger that plugs directly into an outlet is convenient. You just have to ensure you have an outlet that will accommodate this charger without blocking the bottom outlet. If I keep this plugged into the top outlet, I can use the bottom outlet for a nightlight or another appliance when necessary. If I use this charger in the bottom outlet, the top outlet is unusable since the upright portion that holds the brush heads block the outlet.

This Oral B toothbrush charger directly plugs to the wall outlet. This is a good travel companion because there is no long power cord to deal with. The charge time is similar to the corded charger that comes with the product. This charger supports many different Oral B toothbrush models.

This is exactly as expected for my Oral B. It leaves room for using the other outlet, depending of course on the kind of/size plug the other device has. Regular plugs (pictured) and large bricks that plug in sideways are fine, at least all the ones I have and have tried in this crowded outlet; it's not even the bathroom that this is going to go in - that bathroom has no spacial issues. I wanted to try it in an outlet with poor surrounding accessibility. (The medicine cabinet about 1" above aligns with the center of the outlet, so I can't stand the electric toothbrush up. A Wallflower won't fit in the top plug, that's how tight of a vertical fit it is right there.) The only thing I'll say is that the charger itself is a bit weighty, so the plug it's going to live/work in should be very tight. I mean, for safety, outlets should hold plugs securely anyway, but if you have an outlet you know plugs are loose in, this won't stay up in it, especially once the handle is actually on it. I saw this on Vine and was able to grab it for a discount, but $20 (at time of purchase, 8/02/24) is about right for a replacement charger, and a cordless one at that. (While bulky, I would also travel with it.) The cord being in the way wasn't even something I was considering doing anything about, but now we won't have to deal with the mess of cords and such when that outlet gets shared. Edit: photos added of item in use - completely secure in a safe outlet. It does obscure the reset buttons, but we hardly ever need those, even when we lose power which is often. The toothbrush perches don't hold all brush-heads. The one pictured that just rests on it is not brand-name, so maybe actual brand name ones will fit.
