Merely OK

Tiny, works well enough for headphones, connecting mouse (which I chose this one over the other eppfun one) was iffy. Ended up buying and installing newer PCI-e card instead. Not as convenient but works reliably.

I purchased this for my fiancee to go with the wireless earbuds I got, for his PS4, him for Christmas and it works well. It took a minute in order to link the device and once that was done, a minute to link the earbuds. So far, it's doing what it was meant to do.

Not plug and play

I use Windows 10, and have all updates for Win10. Connected this device and it will not load drivers. Went into device manager to disable the older bluetooth, then plug this one in and nothing connects to the device at all.

Connectivity Issues create poor experience

The small size and build quality are good, however, the poor connectivity hampers the experience. My earbuds frequently disconnect, especially when idle. I would have to manually reconnect or repair. Many times I cannot get reconnected and would end up having to repair the device. I had a direct line of sight so nothing physical was interfering with the signal. Range is not great as I would lose signal only a room away. It got so frustrating that I switched to my wired headset. What's interesting is that my Keychron keyboard works just fine, except there may be a minor lag time to wake up. The instructions/quickstart manual is unprofessional and does not leave a good impression. The packaging is decent and comes with a soft pouch. It would be nice if there were firmware updates to fix the connectivity issues.

Its a must have

I got this for my ps4 because I didnt want to spend a lot on a headset when I have AirPod pro. The mic wasnt working on it and then I looked it up to realize it doesnt support the mic. Well I found out if you leave the charging case open on the AirPods when you have them in the mic will work. Excellent sound and people say they can hear me very clearly. I highly recommend this.
