You wet this and put around your neck. The ends are a towel so when the sweat is rolling down your face you can wipe your face. I love this product because I work in the yard a lot in the summer heat. You can also wet and put on top of your head and put a hot on.

I work outdoors in dank, humid, sweaty FL 8-10 hours a day and found this helpful. Soak it with cold water and it will help keep you cool. The microfiber ends are great for wiping off sweat. It is long enough to stay on even if you have to bend over a lot.

They say in the instructions to wet it and snap it like a towel. Then it is activate and use it. I love this product. I work in 90 to 100 temps in a fabrication and paint prep area. I bought two of these and used one at work. On first use the stitching gave out when I snapped it and the one microfiber end tore half way off. I still used it and I could make it work with the tear. I did not return it or ask to do so. I have another one new in the package and I will be sure not to snap it too hard when I activate it. I do recommend this product. I believe it holds 12 oz of cold water without dripping. It does soak your t-shirt when you drape it over your neck and it is holding 12 oz of cold water. All the better for me. Thanks

The simple process of evaporating water causing a cooling effect feels like I have a cold pack on the back of my neck. The material used as an improvement over a terry cloth towel and creates rapid evaporation as if there was a cold pack on the back of my neck on a hot day. Totally amazing
