Stick or not to stick, that is the question

I ordered and received the essential oil infused sports tape and u was VERY disappointed because they do not stay in place. I used them twice. The first try it stayed on one day and the second time it stayed on 2 hours.

I bought some for my mom because her shoulder was hurting didn't work went to the doctor found out she has a torn rotator cuff so they do not work for that

Heatless but works for me

Our first time tried Kinesiology tape, my husband and I usually wear the heat patch or cream. The tape is definitely longer than the heat patch. It is scented with essential oil, we like the scent, not pungent but it only lasts for a day. I put it on my neck and shoulder and my husband put it on his lower back at night time before bed. We both didn't feel any heat from it. My shoulder pain is gone the next morning, while my husband still feels some pain in his lower back. We both wore it for about 3 days and had to take it off because of the itchiness. We took it off during the shower and the process was painless and easy. I'd say this might not be for everyone. It works for me so I like it and will continue using this. But it doesn't work that well for my husband.

Awesome tape

This kinesiology tape is fantastic! The adhesive is strong and the tape durable. I wear them 4-5 days (exercise class days) with no problems. The tape is high quality and gives you great support. The only con is that there is a stray thread or 2 on some of the straps and they fray on the edges after a few days, but it doesn't interfere with the great performance, just cut it off if it bothers you. DON'T pull the thread like I did because it lifts up the adhesive. I highly recommend these KT strips. I've tried many different brands and this by far is the best. Edit: I am highly allergic to most KT, but I'm not allergic to this one tape. Be careful taking it off, pull I backwards very slowly. Don't rip it off fast like a bandage or you will take off your skin. You might be able to use baby oil to lose the adhesive.
