TIme for pulling, but be patient

Coconut Oil pulling is an old urban treatment for everything from sore gums, gingivitis, throat issues, etc. The effect after about a month on the teeth is almost a miracle as the oil can remove some of the sensitivity of the nerves and even whiten the surfaces. The USDA standard of this makes the higher price worth it, though you can do the same treatments with any normal Coconut Oil as long as you check for quality and manufacturing.

It's ok, but i do notice a difference

I will be the first to say that the taste is not great at all. They say that it has mint, but honestly, I can't taste it at all! The oil is not thick, but it could be because I have gotten used to it. The first time, though, it felt like taking a shot of Weston oil, but the longer you swish it in your mouth, the thickening of the oil becomes thinner. I will say that after using it, my mouth does feel a lot fresher. I'm not too sure about the whining claims of this because my teeth are pretty white already.

Pretty interesting mouthwash. I'm not a fan of the taste, but if it helps with my oral health then it's not too bad. Not really sure about the teeth whitening effects but I like how this is a more natural ingredient mouth wash.
