These are great to organize business expenses without worrying about where did that receipt go -- easy enough to keep in the car or briefcase or laptop bag. I suppose you could use them for tracking in many ways, and they are dual sided with mileage tracking on one side and expenses on the other. There are plenty to last a year and a half if you are using one a month, or if you are dividing into two or more uses, there are plenty to last a few uses. The weight is good. Recommended,

I've been backlogged on helping my partner track his business expenses from last year and these large envelopes came in handy with organizing them. I like that these came in a pack of 18, which was plenty for me to use so that I could start out by separating all of his receipts from last year by month. The pre-printed ledger was helpful and allowed me to pencil in & categorize each individual receipt. Also, if there was room to consolidate receipts from two+ months into one envelope, that was simple to do and that helped spare an additional envelope for the following months. I have yet to utilize the mileage log that is pre-printed on the back side of each envelope, but the concept is essential for small business owners and I hope to take advantage of this tracking tool at some point when we are feeling more caught up (again, I plan to use this and organize mileage by month). The only drawback I have is that these envelopes are too long to fit in my drawer of file folders or in my expandable file folder. I'm still trying to find a physical home for them and from the measurements and searching online, these will be able to fit in a 15" x 10" extra large expanding folder that I'll have to buy. But for now I have a post-it note tab on the edge of each envelope and wrote what month they are in for each tab, and have them all bundled with an extra large binder clip on one side to keep them all in one place. This has been such a helpful tool, especially if you've had the habit of hoarding receipts in random places like my partner and me.

These are great envelopes. They are exactly what I needed, and I would definitely purchase them again.

These are perfect for record keeping of many different needs. I need them for vehicle expenses related to business use and these keep track of all expenses including mileage, fuel and maintenance while being an envelope to store receipts. This is just what I needed to track business expenses for reimbursement from my employer without having receipts laying all over and a small mileage book. I will be submitting reimbursement requests monthly and this pack of 18 will last me a year and a half currently on sale and priced at $9.49 which is a great price!

These are nice sized envelopes. They have an expense ledger on the front side of the envelope with corresponding headings like date, merchant, description, etc. On the back side is the mileage log. The only issue with this is that the Mileage Log heading is on the top flap of the envelope. You won't see it unless you close the envelope - but you can easily tell from the headings that it has to do with mileage. The envelope has a self-adhesive strip which is a nice feature, but I probably won't use it. Lots of categories are included on either side of the envelope; just right small. I didn't get these envelopes for business or work. Instead, I got these envelopes to use when traveling. Because these envelopes are large, I plan to use the expense ledger side to keep any souvenirs (e.g., postcards), receipts, etc. to help me keep track of money outlays. This will also help when we go through our country's Customs. I may use the mileage log to keep track of how long that we spend in a city or at different locations. These envelopes come in 6 different colors. I wish that they offered a package that had some of each color. Thumbs up!
