My 4 year old is obsessed with face paint. She wants to do her face ,my face. I got her these little placemats. They are a thin plastic like a kids placemat with the face shapes. She can have fun sorta doodling on them with face paints, kids paint, etc. It does somewhat bead up depending on if you are using more or less water. For playtime, that's no problem. It's a fun alternative to having to do your own makeup. And it's easy to just rinse under the water or add some soap/paper towel. For an adult who's looking to really practice, I'm not sure these would be very helpful. There is no dimension. You can practice maybe how colors looks together, etc. But it's not the same to draw a straight line on a placemat and then try to draw it on someone's face.

The picture boards are exactly as you see them with nothing else: No directions, no paint recommendations. Boards arrived inside an envelope. They wash clean and are flexible.

I saw a bad review for these saying that the paint doesn't hold to these boards and just pools. If you don't use too much water with your paint, it works just as it is supposed to. To clean them I have used a makeup wipe, followed by a baby wipe then a dry paper towel. Let them sit for a minute or so before using again, and voila. Back to new! Absolute crap. Wasted $40 buying 2 sets. The paint slides right off or beads up when you try to use it. Save your money.
