So my baby sister gave these brushes a new name as you can see in the title but I love these ever since I got them months ago. Theyre the only brushes I use for oil painting bc after this I put all my other ones in storage. In the months Ive had them, only a single hair has fallen out of one brush (given I use them roughly at times especially when I wipe them on my rag. These brushes are a perfect dupe for an almost same looking version I found on another website. Im not paying $100 for those so I hopped my tail right on ZeeBooth and found the perfect version of what I wanted. I JUST ordered the third set of these BEAUTIFUL brushes last night. Theres no other brush prettier than these. Period.

The quality was good as was the price. I dont know about durability, but they are holding up after 2 uses.

I intended to use these for face painting, but they arrived just a bit too late for me to use them at the event where I was doing face painting. I paint mostly with oil and cold wax, where you use primarily scrapers, rollers, and squeegees rather than brushes, but I really wanted to give these a good workout, so I used them first on a straight oil painting on canvas that I'm working on and then with several oil and cold wax paintings on boards. My experience with inexpensive brushes is that they tend to fall apart--start to shed bristles and lose their shape. Even with the heavy oil and cold wax mixture, the brushes stayed together and held their shape. They are nylon--which tends to be soft and pleasant to the touch, but often too soft for me to paint with them effectively. These held up just fine--not as stiff as some of the natural bristle brushes, but plenty strong enough to hold a good load of paint and distribute it effectively. I'm surprised at how good these are.

I am an acrylic painter and have begun using this set of brushes for my winter painting...These brushes are well made and feel for the cost of these brushes are worth their value. The brushes seem to hold onto paint a bit longer than my usual brushes and, for the price, I feel this brushes are worth it. I prefer the a short handled brush, however, the longer handle does not bother me as I feel the quality of the brushes are worth my limited inconvience of using a long handled brush. The point on these brushes keep the straight, and I have noticed there are not stray hairs falling from these brushes or a random hair poking out from the ferrule (as I have experienced from other brand brushes). I feel these brushes have been pretty easy to use. The appearance of these brushes are quite nice. I have noticed one thing though, when attempting to remove the plastic cover protecting the brush hairs, was difficult for me to remove... the manufacturer made sure the brush tips were well protected...(haha).
