Mixes easily; no taste!

Supplements are really difficult to review because efficacy can be such an individual experience, so I primarily focus on the ingredients and try to find information about the company, ingredient testing, etc. The supplement industry is a crapshoot, and you really have to research what youre putting into your body because, although there are plenty of trusted brands, theres also a lot of shady characters, and you want to make sure youre ingesting what is on the label and nothing else. Inositol appears to be a legitimately beneficial ingredient, and I plan to keep using this to help support my health. Triqueta Health has a website, and I have used a few of their products in the past. I believe theyre a reputable brand. This powder dissolves easily, and I cant taste it at all, which makes the supplement chore much simpler to continue.

I have had a very positive experience with this powder. I love that there's no fragrance or taste to it, so you can put it in any beverage. You don't get a lot in this bottle, but it's enough to let you know if it's going to work for you. I would recommend this to all women.

Dissolves well

I've been taking this most mornings for about a month now. It dissolves readily in coffee or water, and has a mild sweetness to it. I was interested in trying it to see how it affects my hormone levels and metabolism. What I've noticed: On days that I forget to take this with my morning coffee, I feel tired and moody. While I haven't noticed an increased metabolism or weight loss, My body has remained at a stable weight. I will continue to monitor my progress and post updates as needed. PS - there is a tiny scoop included in the jar, you may have to dig for it.
