This ice pack works great but it runs small for men

The bicep sleeve isn't adjustable and the opening is small compared to my other ice packs and shoulder braces so if you have biceps 15" or bigger it's extremely tight on the bicep but other than that it stays cold for a little while and it works pretty good. I bought some smaller ice packs to add after it warms up and it also works well holding loose ice packs in place. I might have a velcro attachment added to the bicep sleeve so it can be adjusted so it fits better.

Just What I Needed

An adjustable knee ice pack that was easy to adjust, could be applied easily, and helped to ease the pain in my knee. The ice pack can be secured on either knee. It is easy to put on, took less than a minute to secure and adjust. The gel filling stays frozen for a sufficient amount of time (15-20 minutes).

I had arthroscopic knee surgery so I've been using this ice pack a lot. I love the straps and it's a great size. Stays cold about 30 minutes, which is perfect for therapy. Very comfortable lining. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Decent wrap for my knee

I bought this for a knee injury and it works pretty well. The pros are that it is large and can bend around my knee, thigh, and calf areas, and the Velcro straps stay secure. The cons are that it only stays cold for about 20 to 30 minutes, it does not wrap snugly around my leg, and condensation tends to build up on the outside as it warms on your leg. It's fine for us purpose but not great.

Excellent product.

I bought this to use for cold therapy on my swollen knee. It works very well. It fits nicely around my knee and the straps are long so the pack can be held into place very securely. The inside is soft so it's comfortable while it's in place. I can walk around the house with it on without too many problems. Once it comes out of the freezer it stays very cold for approximately 30 minutes, which is enough for me. I like that it comes with a sealable plastic bag to put the wrap in when it goes in the freezer. I much prefer this compared to the wraps with removeable ice-packs: it is much more convenient in my opinion. Also this was about half the price of other similar products on here, and it doesn't feel cheap at all. It feels very well made and well packaged. I like it so much I've ordered a second one!
