Useful Size

These are a perfect useful size to treat a small injury. They stay cold about 15 minutes and with a set of 4, I can rotate them in the freezer continuously because they freeze fairly fast. I bought them to help cool my pug in summer. I put it under her while she naps. They work really well.

LOVE these Ice Packs

I injured my back and started going to physical therapy. My Dr. used hot and cold both for my treatment. So at home I need to do the same for my home exercises. These packs are exactly the same ones my Dr. uses. They are large enough to fit across my back. They have straps that you can use depending on where you want the cold to be. They are also flexible and can easily wrap around an arm, leg or shoulder if needed. They are filled with a gel and freeze quickly. These are top notch and will last me for years. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.
