I ordered this to use in the pool for my kindle paperwhite. It works great. The double seal protects from water getting inside. The size is large for the kindle, but it leaves enough space for a cell phone too. The first day I tried it, it was well over 100 degrees and the cell phone overheated quickly - so be aware that it will prevent electronics from cooling down. On not quite so warm days, it works well for the cell phone and the kindle had no issues at all. The plastic is clear so it is very easy to see the screen (many others have tinted plastic which hinder easy reading. The pocket can be annoying when trying to quickly slide in the kindle/phone/tablet, but it comes in handy when you are on the beach, a public pool, etc, as you can slide your ID, credit card, ATM card, cash in it and keep it all with you - no more shoving it all in your shoe thinking that no one will think to look there... Overall, it works great.

I measured before ordering and suggest you do too. I wanted something to protect an 11 inch laptop I take everywhere with me. It fit in here perfectly although care needs to be taken to clear the inside pocket flap which can get snagged as you slide your laptop or tablet past it. It wont fit anything larger than Im trying but I dont need it to. For the most part I dont expect much water to touch my laptop but its always nice to have it protected if that happens. I do use it at the beach and lakeside so theres a chance. It seals well and the lanyard makes it easy to carry. Simple and effective protection, even against scratches if you need to carry next to other items. I hope you find this helpful

This review is for the EMSEEK Floating Waterproof Tablet Case eReader Cover Bag Waterproof Holder Pouch for ipad. I use this at the pool and at the lake. So far, it keeps my tablet nice and dry. You just fold over and seal this. I haven't used the lanyard yet, nor have I dropped it in the pool (and hopefully never will) but it does protect the tablet from splashes.

It is more of a light blue to me than a green. The plastic is thick and has two ziplock-type zippers and a foldover velcro-type fastening. No way water is getting in this thing. Love it! Part of the back is padded and it has a pocket. Our tablet fits in it nicely even when it has its case on. I wish it was clear all over and did not have the pocket. The pocket is more of an annoyance when putting the tablet in the case. You have to load it in a certain direction to be able to see your side buttons because it is not all clear. It is wonderful for protection against liquids but could use some tweaks. I appreciate the adjustable strap and that it is all nicely boxed and includes instructions.

Fits Galaxy 9 tablet, even in its case; Has an inside pocket too. __I got this for my spouse who recently acquired a Galaxy tablet. __On a lark, I tried fitting that tablet with its cover still on into this. Surprisingly, it fit even with the cover on. It was just able to close with it inside, but it did close. __I noticed there was a pocket inside the bag--not sure what you would really use it for, but it's there (see photo). __The seal relies on two zip lock closures, followed by a fold-over Velcro-type closure. I submerged this with a paper towel inside as a test and the towel remained dry. Since I have used similar devices in the past for phones, I was not surprised (but pleased). __Note: I found it difficult to separate the clear vinyl front from the blue (back) vinyl when unsealing the uppermost zipper lock. __I was able to operate the tablet easily thru the vinyl--it understood all the gestures I made without fail. __The bag has an attachable strap, if you want to use it. Tablets are not truly light (unless you are comparing to a laptop), so I would not want to "wear" mine, but that's just my opinion. I would be concerned of the weight eventually causing something to give way. __Note that the strap allows you to attach something to this--perhaps a float or pool noodle or other inflatable. This way, if you were to take this on a boat and your tablet went overboard in this (gasp), you could have a chance of retrieving it. That is probably the future use of this in our household. SUGGESTION TO THE MANUFACTURER: Make the blue back vinyl taller than the clear vinyl--it is difficult to separate them when opening at their current dimensions.
