this works well with my 7-inch Kindle Fire tablets. You do have to remove the "kids rubber bumper case" for it to fit the bag. If this were just a bit bigger, it would fit with that. I hoped that this would work out with the kindle tablets I have. I'll be looking for some that are a bit bigger, and order 20 of them for our scoring system tablets at the range.

Initially, I bought this as a water-resistant protector for my iPad so I could take it into the shower to watch videos/read when taking hot baths. I've used it without a sleeve and it's not very relaxing to worry about accidentally dropping it in a tub full of water. After checking it out and seeing how well it performs, I'm excited to take this on vacations as well. I was happy with the product right out of the box. Initially, a tight fit for my 10.5-inch iPad with the case still on (a JETech case I bought on ZeeBooth). After some readjusting and maneuvering, I found it goes in quite easily if I insert the iPad home button in first and slide/shake it in like I would a pillowcase. I like the pocket at the back but it gets caught on the case flap when inserting the iPad so I wish it had some sort of velcro or something that would keep the pocket sealed; this probably won't be a problem with most people and I'm thinking I could just add one on there myself. It passed the paper test. I left it submerged for quite a while and kind of dunked it a couple times just for the heck of it (it does float to the top, but just in case, I put something heavy on it to see how it does fully in water). Papers came out perfectly dry and no water leakage. There are two seals plus a folding mechanism that stops the water from going in and nothing went past the first seal (see images). My only issue is the seals are a bit difficult to close and my fingers honestly kind of hurt after sliding them close. For bath purposes, I won't be sealing them too thoroughly and folding it tightly will be enough for accidental drops. This could also easily fit a composition notebook or a small book in the front as well as a wallet and some other small things in the back pocket so I'm thinking I could also use this as sort of dry bag for vacations and such. Durability is more a 4.5. I took a half-star off because there were some inconsistencies in the seam but looking at it from the inside it seemed well sealed. I would worry about placing something in there that will stretch it too much and cause the sides to weaken and eventually rip. The strap is a good length, adjustable, and could even be used as a sort of side/shoulder bag if one wishes but the holes are plastic and I would be slightly worried about tearing if you are very rough with it. Aesthetically speaking, I do wish the hole tabs could be tucked in somewhere rather than it sticking out all the time. Overall, a great purchase for both price and quality (I paid $15 excluding tax and found this a fair price point for the quality, though I would consider it a bargain if less). I'm happy that this serves my purpose well and it may even be a good investment for more outdoorsy stuff.
