It works but now my Hyperboom won't come on if the charger isn't connected. I can disconnect AFTER it's on but not before. After I put it on, it'll come off if nothings playing. Then I'll have to plug it back in to get it on. Not an electrician but I suspect voltage/amperage/current/something is not right with this charger....

I'm using this for an different purpose than a speaker. I got this one because of price, and the 90w output is perfect for using this as a backup solar generator charger. I had to change the barrel connector toa 5.5/2.1, however. The DC output cord uses single insulated 16awg aluminum wires (see pic). The charger delivers exactly what it should, and is stable at 19.59v and spot on 90w. Gets slightly warm to the touch after awhile, but definitely nowhere near hot. I dinged it a star for the aluminum wire, but otherwise well worth the purchase price!
