for Women, PerfectFit Wrist Brace for Wrist Support - Left...

I have small hands and wrists, so this brace fits me well. The light color and the fact that it isnt bulky makes it less noticeable and more comfortable than ones Ive used in the past.

My mom had surgery and needed to use a walker but has osteoporosis so she couldnt lean too hard on her wrists. These worked perfect and they were exactly what she needed. They were comfortable and durable.

I'm pregnant and suddenly got carpal tunnel syndrome. My hands, particularly my fingertips (except the pinky) have gone numb, feels like pins and needles, and has a burning sensation. It is so hard to go about my day and do simple things like open up a bag of chips or jar. My OB said that while there's no way to cure carpal tunnel since it's part of pregnancy, especially in the 3rd trimester, it helps to wear a brace throughout the day and night to help stabilize the wrist and allow blood to flow. I have tried a handful of different braces here on ZeeBooth, including compression wrist sleeves but I had issues with all of them whether it be comfort, quality, or range of motion. I decided to try this brace from Wellgate and so far it is my favorite. It's more rigid than the ones you can interchange between right and left hand but it does a better job at stabilizing my wrist AND the cut off by the fingers are low enough to allow more range of motion which is what I need during the day. Also, it is very comfortable to sleep in. My terrible carpal tunnel symptoms are still there but I find that the pain is less when I wear this brace. I almost returned this the first time I got it because it didn't seem to work, but I gave it a chance by wearing it for an entire week before making a sound decision. I can honestly say that this one is worth getting. The fit is also meant for women's hands and wrist. The velcro strap isn't very long so there isn't an access of material to wrap around your wrist. My hands don't sweat when wearing this all day and night so it is very breathable. If you're pregnant and have carpal tunnel, I highly recommend this product. Shortly after, I developed carpal tunnel on my left arm and so I will most definitely order another one for the left side.

Omg i cannot stress enough how great this is! Ive tried literally every single kind/style there is for my right hand/wrist pain that comes from multiple issues. I have carpal tunnel but i also have tendonitis & because of this i have SEVERE pain in my wrist and also in the heel of my palm. The pain in my palm makes me want to push into my palm to relieve it & this is the ONLY brace that supports my wrist on front & back, stabilizing it completely but also so the splint covers the heel of my palm as well. The others I've tried dont quite fit correctly, some are too low & most are too high, that they go up to my fingers but don't have enough compression in the wrist & palm. Idk if it's because it's specifically made for women, but it is JUST RIGHT!!! It sits very low on my palm so it's far below my fingers but it compresses exactly where it needs to on the heel of my palm & my wrist. Even tho it is compressing & tight enough, it doesn't feel uncomfortably so because of the memory foam, which is not too thick, just enough to make it comfy! The material is sooooo much softer, lighter & more breathable than any of the others that CLAIM TO BE! I always pulled them off & I'd have strap marks & my skin would b red & sweaty & itchy! Not with this one! I can't say enough how perfect this is for me personally! I'm sure everyone's anatomy is a little different & everyone's pain is slightly different also so not every product will suit everyone's needs the same, doesn't mean they're poor products, but for me, this is it! So grateful to have found this! As a mom, i dont have time to b in pain & not have my dominant hand working lol. Also, i have to say it looks alot cuter than in the pics, just as a side note lol. It is light gray & white with pink on the inside, so i love its look also - better than all the black ones that draw attention instantly!

I purchased this brace to use at night while sleeping, as the ACE brace I had purchased locally was too uncomfortable to wear at night (you can read my review regarding the ACE brace as well). This brace contains two (2) splints - one which is over the back of your wrist/hand and is fairly straight, and a second one which runs under your wrist and is properly shaped under the heel of your palm to keep keep your wrist at a proper angle to promote healing. The splints are made of plastic (more flexible and forgiving than the typical metal splint), and are not removable. The rest of the material is lightweight and comfortable. The memory foam on the inside is quite thin; I'm not sure if it is really any better than any other material which might be used for its construction. There are also beads embedded in the palm part of the brace to help with comfort. There are two wide, elastic adjustable straps with Velcro closures to adjust the fit - one across the lower forearm and the other just above the wrist across the back part of your hand. Adjustment is easy and comfortable. The brace is very comfortable to wear at night. There is some discomfort usually when I first put it on, but that dissipates after several minutes, I think because the brace forces the muscles and tendons to realign properly and that can be a little painful. There is a tendency for the opening around the thumb to be a little uncomfortable as well (a problem I have when sleeping with the ACE splint); since the material is lightweight and flexible around this opening, I can usually ignore it. I really think that specific part of the splint could be redesigned for better comfort, as the seamed hem sits right over the joint where the thumb is joined to the hand (first knuckle) and puts pressure on that area. Most nights I can wear the splint comfortably from bedtime to wake-up; occasionally, I have a night where I remove it midway to morning. There has been a big difference for me by wearing this brace at night. It's not nearly as long or heavy as other braces. My particular wrist problem is not only Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, which I have a moderate case of, but by also injuring/straining the tendon which wraps around the back portion of my hand. I had significant swelling on the back of the hand and had trouble even holding a cup of coffee. Wearing this splint, I can see improvement every day; swelling is down significantly and my hand feels pain-free when I get up in the morning. This splint is small enough that I'm able to type while wearing it, if needed (albeit, a bit slower); it supplies good support when using a keyboard and mouse. Cleaning it is easy; warm water and mild detergent; agitate gently, rinse and hang to dry. It dries fairly quickly. I've had this splint about two weeks now, and it seems to be holding up well. No complaints about the Velcro closure; you just need to make sure the Velcro completely covers the strap to ensure it doesn't get caught up with other material while sleeping. A note about purchasing - I did purchase this brace at ZeeBooth and paid an extra $4 for expedited shipping. I discovered several days later that my local Wal-Mart carried this brace (but not my local Walgreens, which is where I purchased the ACE), for about the same price I paid online. I could have saved myself $10+. However, since I was even having problems driving at that time, I felt it was worth it. As for fit (a problem noted in some other people's reviews), I have a small hand and wrist, so this was not an issue for me, but if you're a a particularly large woman with larger than typical hands, there may be a problem with fit. This brace does not come in assorted sizes; it is one-size-fits all.
